Slight difference in forum topic freshness time

Description

There is a slight difference in freshness time when viewing the homepage and the support page at the same time. See the screenshots for an example.

The screenshots were taken less than a minute apart. They relate to the following pages:

Notice the topic freshness time is slightly different.

This is intentional; the front page has extra caching for performance reasons. This was added in ​https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/504/sites/trunk/buddypress.org

I don't imagine it's something we can make appear to update real time due to volume of traffic on bp.org mixed with other performance concerns on the .org host.
