Network Tools menu, feedback messages need to be hooked to network_admin_notices

I've noticed using the new BuddyPress tools on a multisite config that although the repairing actions were achieved no message was sent to the admin.

I suggest the attached patch that checks if BuddyPress is network activated to eventually use network_admin_notices instead of admin_notices.
