Ghost user high fiving everyone

Recently a "ghost" user/bot signed up on my website. The "user" have no name, and I can't find it in my users list. It's sending high-five salutes to every one of my users, and I can't stop it.

Here's an example of an email notificacion that got from a high-five:

I recently installed the Ultimate Facebook plugin, and this problem begun after the installation (not immediatly, but some days after that). I will contact the developers of the plugin too, but I wanted to contact you too just in case.

It sounds like you have installed the BuddyPress Skeleton Component, or the Facebook plugin has a crummy implementation of the Skeleton Component. Disable the plugin and contact the plugin author for more details.

If it turns out that this is, indeed, a BP bug, please reopen with details.
