Signup Page Link Forces BuddyPress Page

Description

In pages, I delete the Signup Page and removed the option for the "Associate WordPress Pages with the following BuddyPress Registration pages." and selected NONE.

Now when I click on the signup button at the top, it takes be to a 404 page. How do I stop that from happening?

You must create a page, and reassociate it with Signup at Dashboard > BuddyPress > Pages. That's how it works.
