FastCGI Error while running on IIS

Description
Hello I am attempting to use BuddyPress on WP MU. WP installs and runs fine but as soon as I install and activate BP I get:
FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
Error Details:
* The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
* Error Number: -1073741819 (0xc0000005).
* Error Description: Unknown Error
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
When I called my ISP they said that this was an issue with IIS, and suggested I contact you to find a workaround. Is there one? I'd rather not have to find another host. If it matters, if I can get this working and running and it fits my needs there is a very high possibility of our licensing BP for our business.

This looks to be a server config issue, though we'll help you if we can. Please would you post this, along with details of when this error appears (as soon as you activate the plugin?) on http://buddypress.org/community/groups/installing-buddypress/ as it's probably a server problem, rather than the issue with the core code. Thanks.
