Description
In regards to #970 and the patch that was committed by Andy to honor the aspect ratio. This patch takes the other variable into account as well, such as, minSize, setSelect and showPreview values.
This prevents users cropping smaller than defined sizes, resulting in pixelation. It also display the preview pane with appropriate dimensions.

We'll need a new patch if these issues are still valid, I know the cropper was re-written in 1.1. Reopen the ticket if anyone can confirm this is still an issue that requires a patch.
