Basic Profile group name should be editable.

Description

It would be good if the basic profile group name was editable (I had a client request to change it to: My Info). This means that since it comes up on the sign up page by default (and the name is hard-coded in an SQL statement), there needs to be a database flag designating which profile group should be the default one to appear on the signup page.
