According to ​PHP Documentation Standards. Need to correct the placement of @since tag in Php Docs.

In Below Files @since should add before @global, @param, @return

  1. src/bp-core/admin/bp-core-admin-functions.php
  2. src/bp-core/classes/class-bp-admin-types.php
  3. src/bp-core/classes/class-bp-user-query.php
  4. src/bp-friends/bp-friends-template.php
  5. src/bp-messages/classes/class-bp-messages-notice.php
