Description

I currently have BuddyPress version 6.3.0 installed. Updating the plugin to the new version 7.2.0 is disabling the ability for users to comment on posts on our website. This website staging URL is ​http://www.livewire-stage.ap-southeast-2.elasticbeanstalk.com/. we are currently running the website without the update as users will be unable to comment on posts with the new update. Pls advice

As I’ve said into this ​support reply:

It’s probably due to an outdated template override in your theme. In 7.0+ we’ve fixed a duplicated ID issue that required some template pack files to be updated.
