BP Pages hidden from menu options once selected as BP pages

Description

This has been an issue for quite some time.

When you choose for example members to be the BP members page, this page is removed from the pages selection box in the Appearance>>Menu page. This makes it difficult for BP admin to select these pages as menu items. Of course they can be added by adding a custom menu item but it would be nice if this issue was resolved for a better workflow.

@Venutius We add a BP panel to Appearance > Menus, correct? Are you suggesting we don't hide special BP pages from the regular WordPress "Pages" panel on this screen?

@DJPaul Yes I am, if I want to add a BP page to a menu, I have to first deselect is as a BP page so it appears in the pages list, I can then add it and select it as a BP page afterwards. Unless I'm missing something.
