We should probably include information about user settings in WP data export, since it is, strictly speaking, information that we have about users.

I think the only relevant settings are those at Settings > Email. Profile visibility, if anything, should go with profile data export. Email address is already part of the core export. I guess Nouveau's new " I want to restrict Group invites to my friends only. " setting could go in there as well.
