Description
When editing a user's extended profile via wp-admin, the styling for the visibility settings is pretty terrible. See the attached screenshots.
I assume it's just inheriting the styles from the front-end. Some padding and font-size fixes would go a long way. Something should probably also be done about the fact that wp_editor fields are full-width, but the visibility settings are indented - I'm open to suggestions about that.

6723.patch for the issues above as well as some overlooked styles after #7439. Tested on Windows 10 - Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
Also attached are the 'before and after' screenshots for 480px, 782px, and 1366px screen widths.
