When I log on as administrator, the admin panel I get an inscription does not have sufficient privileges to access this area.

As this is a support request rather than a bug, please start a discussion on the buddypress.org support forums. Please let us know how you've activated BuddyPress -- are you using multisite, did you enable BuddyPress plugin on a specific site (which one?), or did you enable it networkwide?
