Provide ability to add "Field Description" to primary Profile Field

Description

In BP Profile Fields, all fields offer the ability to create a "Field Description" except the primary/required field -- in our case it is called Name.

It would be great if we could have the ability to describe the field to our members when they enter the info.

Turns out we've already done this; I think it went out in 1.6. Closing ticket.
