In multisite, the new Activity admin screen has a number of issues when used with multisite. For example, all the screen options shown in ​http://imgur.com/j1s2w (taken from non-multisite) are not shown. The logic controlling which meta boxes to show also appears to be faulty.

4288.1.patch should fix most of the issues, but needs further testing on multisite. I've also updated common.dev.css as it appears the CSS class is based on the screen name. This all needs to be verified :)

Could also use another pair of eyes on non-multisite to check it didn't break anything.
