Avatars since WordPress 3.4

Description

Howdy,

I have some strange, little problems with the avatars since I upgraded to WordPress 3.4

  1. I replaced the Mystery Man from WordPress (mystery-man.jpg) with my own "Mystery Man". As you can see here (http://www.replaying.de/mitglieder/), the old and the new Mystery Man are displayed probably randomly, if the user didn't upload an own avatar. I don't know why. Sometimes the page seems to access to the Mystery Man from gravatar.com and sometimes it accesses to the "local" Mystery Man from my page.
  1. For example this user (http://www.replaying.de/mitglieder/timo/) actually uploaded an own avatar, but the avatar is not shown in the comments template anymore (http://www.replaying.de/age-of-empires-2/age-of-empires-ii-windows-7-patch/).

I'm using the latest version of the BP1.6-bleeding.

Thanks for reading. :)

Regards

P.S

Sorry for the gramathic/orthographic mistakes. ;-)

I was discussing a similar-sounding problem with someone yesterday. We thought it might have been gravatar.com related, rather than BuddyPress.

Is this still an issue? Working for me now.

Looks like your custom mystery man avatar is working throughout - does this mean it's fixed, Mqlite?

Closing ticket as I believe it to be a temporary gravatar problem. Should be working now.
