This site is used to track bugs in BuddyPress, and your report is concerning the buddypress-kaltura-media-component plugin. The error message says something is trying to use the Groups component, but can't find it. Either you've disabled that component, or the plugin needs updating (it does not seem to have had an update since 2010-9-4).

I'm not sure if/where that plugin is supported, but I'd start by trying the WordPress.org forums: ​http://wordpress.org/tags/buddypress-kaltura-media-component?forum_id=10
