16 x 16 light and dark BuddyPress .png's needed

For use in top toolbar, to mirror the menu for WordPress.org in 3.3.

I've attached a few variations including some source files also. The zip buddypress-logo.zip has the generated ones for opinions.

I have done the logo as a source ai also so we can use that for the adjustments if required. I copied it exactly to make sure just have now the ability to hopefully get around the blurring as much as we can.

Let me know if you want some more tweaks or if this is suitable for you. Alternatively if someone wants to run with source files feel free.
