Description

The read me.txt really needs a full rewrite;

1) Short description on ​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress/ is cut off.
2) Languages section doesn't add much value; simplify by removing, and add in a link to a BP Codex page which lists all the i18n site, and a link to the Glotpress site.
3) Screenshots and screenshot descriptions need updating for BP-Default 1.5, and to match descriptions from the wp-admin Components page.
4) Simply Installation section by referring to the Setup wizard.
5) Remove link to "buddypress.org/demo".

Mostly done; languages section still needs a rewrite (maybe), and screenshots/descriptions need updating.
