Multisite upgrade uses old-style component screen layout

Description
When enabling multisite, and running through the setup tool ("we noticed you've turned on multisite" etc), the options for enabling component and picking the root page slug are shown. This screen uses markup from an earlier version of trunk/1.5, where we had the component screenshots in a grid.
This multisite setup screen should be updated to match the relevant parts of the layout from the setup screens, from a clean install.
