Admin bar logout doesn't on 2.7

Description

The adminbar 'my account' logout url doesn't work with 2.7. Needs nonce.

Supplied patch uses similar method to bp home theme logout of detecting 2.7 and adding nonce param. Fixes logout error of 'You are attempting to logout of (some domain)' and no logout.
