Description

We need really only two fields on user signup - his login and email.
it's just silly to suggest user to upload avatar on signup page.
There should be an option to disable it.

This is a site design / administrator question to configure their BP installation how they want it. Additionally, since at least BP 1.0.2, there is an optional to disable this.
