The "Time Since" Entry in the Users Activity Stream is visible twice (on my own BP 1.2 installation aswell as in

This may be on older entries.
After you made changes and cleaned the activity content from time since etc, This problem occurred on older activity.

This mainly occurs for those activity for which 'action' field is empty in database. I checked it in the template tags and found, you are checking the action and if empty populating the meta. So, That is the reason for it.

@rfauster and @sbrajesh,
I am not able to reproduce this, and doesn't seem to have this problem. I even checked the profile listed in the image. The exact same activity listings from double_entry.jpg no longer show the double entry. Can either of you confirm this is still an issue even with BP 1.2.1?
