The BuddyPress Settings Help tabs for Components (bp-components) and Options (bp-settings)) pages/screens have a link to their respective GitHub doc pages, however, the URLs (bp-rewrites) page/screen Help tab is missing a link to its respective GitHub doc page (see screenshot-win10-me-2024.01.31-07_03_47.png).

The patch adds a link to the relevant GitHub doc page (see screenshot-win10-me-2024.01.31-07_16_56.png).
