BP Nouveau: improve consistency between members loop entries & groups loop entries

In members loop, the item's action button markup is over the user's last activity while it's under the item's description inside the groups loop. As the user's last activity and the group's desc are styled the same way, it seems better to build groups item entry markup in a similar way.
