Update documentation pages linked in WP Admin Screen help tabs

In our Administration screens, we are using links to BuddyPress codex pages that should be updated.

Ideally, it would be great to create updated help resources in ​docs/user/administration/settings

Here are the outdated Codex pages:

1. ​https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/configure-components/
2. ​https://codex.buddypress.org/administrator-guide/extended-profiles/

About 1. Instead of 1 page for all screens, there should be one for components, options & ​URLs
