Description

Just before our last development chat @johnjamesjacoby shared a screenshot of how these WP update notices were not looking great into the WP Admin screen BuddyPress generates since we chose to use a "site-heath" style header. See this ​screenshot from our Slack channel.

After looking at the WP 6.1 changes in the site-health screen styles, it looks like this issue has been fixed, we simply need to copy/paste the change for our "tabbed" screens.
