Missing /* Translators: */ comments

Since [12573] we are using WP CLI to generate the pot file. One interesting benefit of it is it informs about missing Translators comment logging warnings during the build process. Attached to this ticket is the list of these warnings.

I will try to fix them before 6.0.0 beta1
