Unable to add member from Group backend after BP 4.0.0

Description

When trying to add a member from group edit page, Add member section having a fatal error and unable to add a member. It is working fine with the older version of BuddyPress. 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_large_network() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-groups/bp-groups-admin.php on line 864
