Description
This is a follow-up to #7391.
BP 3.1
Not fixed yet. While the visibility toggle is disabled for the field 'profile name' in the admin area, the toggle is still visible in the user registration form.

Please supply details with the actual bug, again -- I think it's assumptive if I look at a 2 year old bug report and presume everything is identical to today.
Also we need to know if you're using the Legacy or the Nouveau template packs.
