"Your Profile" admin menu selected when viewing users list

Description

When viewing a list of users on a site, instead of the "Users" menu item showing as current, the "Your Profile" item shows current instead.

In 9115:

More strict current-user editing checks in BP_Members_Admin->profile_admin_head().

Fixes bug causing "Your Profile" menu item to be selected when "Users" should be. Fixes #5978.
