Description

BuddyPress trunk-7678 and WP 3.8 using Twenty Fourteen theme.

Noticeable per image attached since the theme's table cells all have borders. Not noticeable for the rest of the WordPress Default themes.

Yikes, good find. Looks like this markup was copied from the notifications-settings table, but the corresponding display: none; rules were not.
