This may be known but it appears the Codex activity updates stream is not... Updating!

Edited a few pages; off top of head 'troubleshooting - avatar uploads', and the pages on using bp-custom.php / functions.php

In fact just to add insult to injury I notice that others have updated / edited codex within last 12 hours -ish and the activity stream acknowledges their edits so something is up.
As well as that I notice that my activity stream on buddypress.org is stagnant, despite posting replies it still shows activity from 5 months ago.
Perhaps you have to 'own' the page in the codex to have edits etc show on the front activity stream?

- Display name for time being should be different from username - reference

Hadn't had a chance to retest codex with an update but have now and confirm it's same issue as mercime pointed me to, having set a new display name on bp.org activity stream kicked into life and an update to a codex page a few minutes back confirmed same for codex activity stream - however, fwiw, before that the page update/revisions on codex did show me as having updated so they appear to pick up either 'user name' or 'display name' just not main activity.
Working for me. What page did you edit?
