(In [5760]) Use get_page_by_path() in bp_core_load_template() to properly check if page exists at uri offset. Fix #4000.

Unfortunately this doesn't work if the Members page has a parent page. It works fine if the Members page doesn't have a parent.

Lame. Need to revert the get_page_by_path() part again.
