A spam member needs to be deleted, but no function to do so... please help. email me at jazzymanzo@…

Login as a super admin, navigate to the spammed user's profile page.
In the top nav fixed bar, look for the user's name, hover over it and select "Delete USERNAME".
You can also delete users from within the WP admin dashboard under "Users".
