Delete button - spinner - Perm. link

Description

The spinner isn't running when you click the Delete button on the perm. link page. (Looks like it's working with the Favorite button)

Tested on testbp.org using Safari 5.1.

It took me a while to remember, but for the root activity item on the permalink page, it intentionally does a non-javascript deletion, so the spinner can't be used here. Comments on that root activity item are deleted with javascript, however, and those load the spinner for me.
