Make BuddyPress Setup screenshots larger

Description

On the "Themes" step of the BuddyPress Setup, there are some screenshots shown. I think these should be redone so they are the same size as the theme screenshots on the WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes panel.

Paul, we discussed about this on IRC and you have suggested using this one for default.jpg:

I've attached a tentative new version of find.jpg similar to the old one.

I've also attached a PNG version of the same file that has better quality and smaller weight.
If you want to switch to this format, take a look at the companion patch.
