I am using buddypress 1.2 RC2 with standard wordpress 2.9.1 installation. Uploading group avatar is working fine. But when i try to crop the image after uploading group avatar, it disappears. If i am not cropping the image, then main image is appears, but thumbnail image is not created.
Member avatar is working fine. Only Group avatar creates problem.

Do you have the GD image library enabled on your server?
