JJJ was refering to the user's settings page:
hxxp://example.com/members/admin/settings
BP 1.2 trunk doesn't allow the site admin to edit the user's settings page.

Punting. I think we need a new patch against 1.2 and of course testing.

Will revisit this for 1.2.1. I keep forgetting to commit this but it will need to be tested on 1.2 first.
