Sub groups or group categories

Hello,

I am not sure that if this is the right place to post this or the forums, but what I think would be interesting to add to the next release would be a simple feature to categorize and create groups.

For example, the admin can create a group called "Wordpress" and would have the option to create a sub-group that would focus of "Version 2.8.4" so the url would navigate to "Groups -> Wordpress -> 2.8.4 " and users will have the ability to join both groups. Both of these groups will be searchable and will contain the core group features (forums, blog [external plugin], members etc ). So people can discuss about wordpress and wordpress 2.8.4.

Let me know if this is possible or easy to do
