content-header has asdasd as content on Group view

.content-header has asdasd as its content when viewing group home.php.

Presumably the loop need starting higher up, so that the Group title can be added in this bar.

Edited out for now, but bigger changed are probably needed. Input needed.

I decided to go ahead and change the loop positioning. Added bp_group_name() into content-header.

loopchange.patch is incorrect - content ending div needed to be moved. see loopchange.2.patch
