wpforo notifications not redirecting to forums

I am using the buddypress plugin with the Buddy X Pro Theme, Youzify plugin, and the wpforo plugin. I was having trouble with the wpforo plugin not posting recent topics and comments from the forums to the main activity feed of my website. I got with the Youzify developers and they were able to create a code snippet that made this possible, so now that aspect is working. The other issue I am still having, that Youzify is going to be on the BuddyPress side of things, is that when a new topic is created in the Forums (wpforo), it sends a "notification" to the notification bell at the top of the screen, but when I click on the notification, it just refreshes the page I'm currently on. It's not redirecting me to the forum from which the new post or reply is made from.

Can you help me with this issue, please? I am wanting my members, when they get a notification in the notification bell and they click on it, to be taken to the correct forum where the notification originated from.

Looking forward to your response. I'm running BuddyPress version 14.3.3. It won't let me select that as an option in the dropdown menu below.

I can't replicate this. It seems theme-specific.
