Description

Some time ago a user could not signup twice and the site would say something like 'user with that email already exists'. Now I notice users can signup twice and the same email address can appear in the approval list multiple times.

This causes me some difficulty. I cannot think of a reason why this would be allowed - so I am reporting it in case you were not aware - or so you can decide to leave it as is for reason I am unaware of.

This was recently fixed at #9137. It'll be released as part of BuddyPress 15.0.
