I have tried to reply to a thread I started, but the post is not being published.

I tried starting a new thread and it is not appearing.

thinking it might be a problem with my work PC, I tried again when I got home, but still cannot post.

Changeset 1636 (​http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk/bp-forums/bp-forums-bbpress.php?rev=1636) regressed changes from 1627 (​http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk/bp-forums/bp-forums-bbpress.php?rev=1627) that had fixed the loading order of wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php and bb-admin/includes/functions.bb-admin.php
I have included a patch that I tested and confirmed to fix the issue on a vanilla install of the latest wpmu and bp trunks.

(In [1652]) re-patching r1627 as it was lost in a later revision. Props junsuijin. Fixes #918
