Add minor version contributors to major version credits list

When we create a new major version, we also add a new branch to build minor versions from it. I believe we should add (if not already listed) contributors to minor versions to our credits list so that in the end we get the full list of contributors to a branch.

This commit also removes the BP Docs Team section as there's no more such a team.
