Description

Reading this issue: ​https://buddypress.org/support/topic/how-to-delete-register-page/ I believe we should review sign ups:

  1. on regular site stop creating an account by default and make the skip constant the default behavior.
  2. Let admin opt in to use BuddyPress to override WordPress registration process.
