Thanks for your report, I guess we have an issue with the plugin we use to generate the TOC, I’ll check if I can fix this using the Block Editor.

Hi @patelhitesh

I've just fixed the issue. I confirm the plugin we are using to generate our table of content is not compatible with the Block Editor. We need to use a custom html block to add our headings manually to have the table of content generated.
