i did some tests..
message notifications normally removing..
friendship notifications normally removing..
but
grup invites NOT removing and bugging notification system.. after got a grup invite notification bug, other all notifications bugging and not coming

I can confirm there has been a problem with the group invite notifications in the top bar. I have the notification "2 accepted group invites" (in German, so wording may be different in english) that never goes away. We are running 1.0.2 but the notification error appeared while still beta, so I'm not sure if the cause of this is already fixed.
If what I explained is what you are experiencing, the I suppose this bug has not been fixed. I have no idea how to reproduce it though. It seems to be linked to inviting other people into groups.
