BP Nouveau: Members directory filter dont remember options user selected

I don't when this broke, but when you select Alphabetical, it should load the Alphabetical list when you refresh the page. It reverts to active..

Let's try to investigate this further, as some select box don't behave the same way (eg: the Activity directory).

Make sure the Members directory filter persists all session's long

The right behavior for the members directory loop is to sort members according to current Session's selected filter option using the Session storage.
