9	9	I've also included a combined patch that has everything. I'll also make up a patch with just changes to Signups that I think we can commit anytime, to follow up on my earlier BP_Signups changes.

	11	Another note: The subject of the `core-user-registration-with-blog` email fails. Removing the `site.name` placeholder makes it work. I wonder if `site.name`, which is a generally available token is not available in this multisite email?
